Weโve made a change to football conditioning! Starting this Friday, conditioning will now take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00โ4:30 PM in the HGM gym.
This move indoors ensures our athletes can continue to train safely no matter the heat or rain! โ๏ธ๐ง๏ธ
๐ท Parents: Please continue to send your athletes with water bottles to help them stay hydrated.

๐ Important Traffic Update ๐
Weโre excited to share the updated traffic pattern on our campus. Please take a moment to review the changes to ensure a smooth and safe arrival and dismissal for everyone:

Upon entering campus, all vehicles must now turn or veer right. The left turn into the main lot is no longer allowed.
โฐ Morning Drop-off:
Parents may not drop off students in the main lot before 8:16 AM.
After 8:16 AM, students are considered tardy and must be signed in at the front office.
๐ธ Afternoon Pick-up:
Our gates are supervised until 3:30 PM.
At 3:30, any remaining students are brought to the flagpole in the front of the school.
โ ๏ธ Please note: The flagpole area is NOT an alternative to waiting in the designated pick-up line. Parents who use it as a shortcut will need to make alternate dismissal arrangements.
โก๏ธ To ensure a smooth traffic flow, please plan to use our parent drop-off and pick-up loop via Ortego Street. It gets quicker and more efficient each day as the school year moves on. Thank you for your patience and cooperation! ๐ฆ

Keep in mind, each day a child misses they lose 7 HOURS of quality instruction. Those HOURS are lost forever. The student and parent will need to make up the lost time at HOME. If a child is absent 7 Days they lose 49 HOURS of instruction with the best educators.

Please be advised of the dress code for 8th grade prom on May 17th.
Not allowed: strapless, off shoulder sleeves, short and tight dresses , nor extremely low cut top. Crocs, slides, or flip flops are also not allowed.
Not allowed: t-shirts
Allowed: longer dresses preferred however, shorter dresses must be mid-thigh (this includes a dress with a slit) or longer. Must have at least one strap.
Allowed: slacks, polo shirts, button up, tuxedo, vests, anything dressy. Jeans (that do not have rips or holes) are allowed with a dressy shirt.
8th graders who will be attending SHS next year, are you interested in the swim/dive team?
There will be an informational 2025-2026 Swim/Dive Team meeting for all incoming freshmen and their parents. The meeting will be on Thursday May 8th at Sebring High School in the cafeteria at 6:00pm. If parents have questions please have them call Mrs. Caton at Sebring High School 863-471-5500.
