  • Trouble with i-Ready connections ? Run this i-Ready System Check on your Chromebook to help identify issues.

● If you are experiencing technical issues (screen will not turn on, wireless not working,etc) with your Chromebook, please call 863-417-5437 ask for Mr. Exume.

● If you are unable to reach Mr. Exume please call the district MIS help desk at 863-417-5625 from 8:00-4:00 PM.

Wi-Fi

We completely understand that access to Wi-Fi is the only way that online learning will work. When at home, all you have to do is add your Internet router's password before logging in.

  • Do you have a smart-phone that can act as a hot-spot for Internet? Many service providers include this on your plan, or are activating it during this national emergency for little or no cost.

  • Xfinity WiFi Hotspots in out-of-home locations (like small-to-medium businesses) are available for free to anyone who needs them to support communities through this challenging time. Find your closest hotspot.

  • Xfinity Internet Essentials - In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, Internet Essentials has increased speeds to 25/3 Mbps for all customers - no action is required. In addition, new customers will receive two months of free service. Click here for more details and signup details.

  • Schools do have some wifi hotspots available. If none of the options above are an option, please let your teacher know or contact your school.
